Much of the news today was focused on the health care reform debate going on in the House, but one thing was missing: you still haven't visited the troops injured in the Fort Hood shooting. President Bush and Laura Bush made it. Where were you? You had time to go to Capital Hill to pressure the House Representatives into passing the largest government take-over in history. Could you not spare a few hours in your day to talk to the troops?
Do you think that the shooting at Fort Hood was an act of terrorism, or just an "isolated incident?"
Will you veto the health care reform bill if it passes with higher expenses than you targeted?
I have so many questions that continue to go unanswered. I don't ever expect an answer, but with enough pressure from myself and others, hopefully you can respond to some of these important questions.
Sincerely,
Jon Taylor
